Dear sir/madam, I am interested to join this course as i have previously enjoyed a Highpoint navigation course. My only concern is what will happen should there be no winter conditions by February. Would the course go ahead and when do you make the final decision. It’s important as I live in London so I have to carefully plan my travel arrangements to Cumbria.
