3 Peaks challenge training days in the Lake District

Are you planning a 24hr 3 Peaks Challenge this year?…..then we have some great training days in the Lake District to help you prepare for this tough challenge, the 3 Peaks is around 11 hours of hard walking on tough terrain in less than favourable weather, with another 13 hours of long driving, so you need to be prepared!!

Our training days consist of a mix of valuable logistical information, hill skills training and fitness and nutrition advice, the training days all take part in the mountains of the Lake District and lots will be learned,  look below for more info:

These training days are aimed at guided groups, so training on Navigation is not included, mountains can be hostile places with hostile weather, so let the Professional guides keep you safe, discounts on training days are available if booked as part of a guiding package for the 3 Peaks Challenge.
