INTRO TO ROCK CLIMBING COURSE.

We had Ian and Caroline out yesterday on an Intro to rock climbing course, we headed down into the superb Langdale valley to Copt Howe crag and tackled all the fundamental basics of climbing outdoors, our Intro to rock climbing course covers movement, technique, belay and ropework, and both guys managed all the routes that were set for them, the weather was kind and the views are always awesome!  cheers Guys
